I love eggs

I have been eating a ton of eggs lately. They make breakfast worth getting up for and they make a salad a meal. Pretty much, they are awesome. But I was getting tired of fried eggs or hard boiled eggs for breakfast so below is my recipe for easy chilaquiles. Ingredients (serves 1) 2 eggs Salsa (about 2 tablespoons) Tortilla chips (about a small handful) Heat a saute pan till hot, add some non stick spray, crack in the eggs, pour in the salsa on top, and then crumble in the chips. Stir and incorporate all the ingredients, and remove when egg looks cooked, probably less then a minute or two. Then chow down, cause this stuff is delicious, and there is something about the chips in they that take it to the next level. Pretty healthy (right around 220 calories), easy and really freaking good.
