New policy for myself...

I am not allowed to start reading a new book after midnight, I will stay up to read through the majority of the book no matter what time it is. This is a awful habit, and I always think "Oh, I will just read a chapter or two" and then one thing leads to another, and it is 3:30am and I have to wake up at 8am.

Great thinking there, huh?
