Still too much sriracha....

In the recipe I tried yesterday.  It was easy and very quick to make but even with 1 tablespoon of sriracha, John and I were reaching for some milk and bread to turn down the heat.  I am not quite as wimpy as I used to be with heat, but next time I make this I will probably only use 1 1/2 teaspoon instead.  Also probably add some more veggies, the 1/2 cup of corn kind of melted into the rice, so it didn't feel like there were much veggies in it.  Maybe more corn and something else, green beans? carrots? cabbage?  Not quite sure what I will use, probably whatever is in the fridge.  So if you do try the sriracha and spam fried rice recipe, I suggest you cut down the sriracha in half unless you really like the heat.
